This ensemble is for young singers aged 7-11 (years 3 – 6) who are keen to learn about performing confidently as a vocalist and as part of a group. The singers engage in musical games and warmups, learning songs that will challenge their vocal ability, and developing skills of singing in unison, 2- and 3-part harmony.
There are also multiple opportunities for singers to develop their skills as soloists and leaders. The choir prepare towards a performance at the end of each term, and take part in special performances in notable venues, such as Kensington Town Hall and Royal Albert Hall.
There is an expectation that ALL pupils attend EVERY rehearsal.
