Drumming for Health & Wellbeing for Music Educators within the Tri-borough

These workshops are completely free to TBMH Tutors, Primary and Secondary music teachers across the Tri-borough area and our partner organisations.

• Using peer-reviewed and evidence-based drumming exercises these fun workshops have been proven to reduce stress, boost the immune system, improve the mood and creativity.

• Our Mental Health First Aid trained facilitators encourage the participants to use the drum as a tool for communication and personal expression.

• The workshops take place over Zoom video and are fully interactive. Participants can join in using a real drum, junk percussion instrument or body percussion.
