• Our Mental Health First Aid trained facilitators encourage the participants to use the drum as a tool for communication and personal expression.
• The workshops take place over Zoom video and are fully interactive. Participants can join in using a real drum, junk percussion instrument or body percussion. No equipment or prior experience necessary.
